How long does shipping take?

US orders ship free over $59 and arrive in 3–5 business days (express 1–2 days available at checkout). International delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on destination and customs.

Can I track my order?

Yes — as soon as your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also see live status under My Account → Orders at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?

Every device comes with a 30-day home trial. If it's not right for you, start a return from your account — unused items in original packaging get a full refund, no restocking fees.

How much area can one HTX3000-Pro really cover?

Indoors, a single unit covers 500 m² and more depending on layout — in a field test it covered a 10,400 m² two-floor hospital building with usable signal at 103 meters. Outdoors in open scenarios, coverage reaches up to 20,000 m². For extreme layouts (many thick walls, deep basements), add a second unit in Mesh.

What makes a lens antenna better than a normal router antenna?

Conventional antennas radiate energy in all directions and waste most of it. The built-in Luneburg lens refracts and focuses radio energy — up to 10× the signal strength, 12 dBi gain on 5 GHz, better wall penetration and a wider vertical beam that can cover multiple floors. It's physics, not firmware.

How many devices can it handle at once?

Up to 256 concurrent devices. MU-MIMO plus AI load balancing keeps traffic smooth — verified with 150 simultaneous HD video streams (and 200 phones playing 720p in stress testing).

Does it support Mesh networking?

Yes. Add a second HTX3000-Pro anywhere with power — no cabling needed. Bluetooth-assisted positioning helps you find the optimal spot. In hospital testing, a two-unit Mesh delivered 113 Mbps through seven consecutive walls.
