1. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars and include free insured worldwide shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices, but changes never affect orders already placed. Product specifications reflect manufacturer data; minor revisions that do not reduce performance may occur between production batches.

2. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation email. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, you will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

3. Shipping and Risk

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees; see our Shipping & Delivery page. Every parcel is insured — risk passes to you only upon successful delivery.

4. 30-Day Home Trial and Returns

You may return the product within 30 days of delivery under the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

5. Warranty

The HTX3000-Pro carries a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or use outside the documented specifications. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

6. Regulatory Use

The device is certified under CCC / SRRC / RoHS. It is your responsibility to use radio equipment in accordance with the regulations of your country. Maximum transmit power is managed automatically by the device.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, product design and the Luneburg lens technology it describes — is protected by copyright, patents and other intellectual property rights of Xi’an Haitian Antenna Technologies Co., Ltd. and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
