We want you to be completely happy with your HaitianWiFi gear. If you are not, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fees, no hard feelings.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Devices must be removed from your HaitianWiFi app account before return.
  • Data SIM kits are refundable only if the SIM has not been activated.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to My Account and open the order you wish to return.
  2. Click “Request return” and choose a reason — you will receive a prepaid return label by email (US orders).
  3. Drop the parcel at any carrier location. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back at our warehouse.

Warranty Repairs & Replacements

Every device includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and battery failure under normal use. Warranty claims are handled within 48 hours — in most cases we ship a replacement before you send back the faulty unit.

Exchanges

Want a different model instead? Choose “Exchange” when requesting your return and we will ship the new device as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier.
